    I’m in a small office of 5 sales People an me , we all keep our cells on , an answer them as we see fit !

    I personally don’t keep mine on in the office I think it’s rude to the other employees. You are suppose to be working not taking personal phone calls all day, leave it on vibrate so you can tell someone called you but let it go to voice and get back to them on breaks or lunch.

    if its not intrusive to others it should be allowed. My office is OK with it.

    i work as a temp in a big company and soon to become permanent and they dont seem to have a problem with our using our cell phones at work… only problem is that most people have annoying really loud ringtones that can be distracting when you trying to work.

    people can use cell phones as they want but should also learn to tun down the ringing volume during working hours!!!

    why have a phone if you cant use it or gonna take peoples calls??? just be mindful of others
